Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) ประกาศผลรางวัล Academy Awards หรือ Oscars ครั้งที่ 97
ทุกสาขาแล้วในวันที่ 3 มี.ค. 2025 สำหรับในครั้งนี้ "Flow มีเหมียวมีกัน วันน้ำท่วมโลก (Straume)" ภาพยนตร์อนิเมชั่นจาก
ประเทศลัดเวีย กำกับโดย Gints Zilbalodis ยังมีร่วมเขียนบทกับ Matīss Kaža ก็คว้ารางวัลภาพยนตร์อนิเมชั่นยอดเยี่ยมไปครอง

Dou Ikiru ka)" ผลงานกำกับและเขียนบทโดย Hayao Miyazaki แห่งสตูดิโอ Ghibli ได้รับรางวัลภาพยนตร์อนิเมชั่นยอดเยี่ยม (Best
Animated Feature) และนับว่าเป็นครั้งที่สองของ Hayao Miyazaki ได้รางวัลในสาขานี้ หลังจากเคยได้รางวัลนี้จาก Spirited Away
มิติวิญญาณมหัศจรรย์ (Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi) ในครั้งที่ 75 ปี 2003 แต่ก่อนจะคว้ารางวัลนี้ได้เป็นครั้งที่สอง ก่อนหน้านั้น
Howl's Moving Castle ปราสาทเวทมนตร์ของฮาวล์ (Hauru no Ugoku Shiro) เคยได้เข้าชิงรางวัลนี้ในครั้งที่ 78 ปี 2006 และ The
